⏱️ Volunteer Hours & Availability

Volunteering at Neena Pink Room is flexible and designed to fit comfortably into your schedule.
Each volunteer’s commitment will be capped at 25 hours per week based on your availability and the track you choose.

We want every Glow Squad Apprentice, Glow Content Squad member, and Glow Marketing Muse to enjoy the experience without feeling overwhelmed — so we tailor hours to ensure balance, consistency, and a positive learning environment.

Select the experience that aligns with your passion:

  • Glow Squad Apprentice — hands-on beauty experience (braiding, assisting stylists, helping with client flow).

  • Glow Content Squad — creative experience (content creation, filming, editing, behind-the-scenes).

  • Glow Marketing Muse — support with marketing, community engagement, and salon promotions.
