When booking braids takedown this for medium sized braids, send a pic of your braids to confirm, small sizes will incure extra cost – any braids done by Neena can be booked in for takedown as a returning client .When you book braids takedown and wash only – your hair will only be blown out to dry and not blown out straight.

Welcome to Neena Pink Room—a luxury beauty studio built for women to rejuvenate, and glow. To provide the best service possible to all of our Pinkroom Girlies, please review and follow our booking policies carefully.
Appointments
All services are by appointment only.
Please book your appointment at least 24 hours in advance to ensure availability.
A non-refundable deposit (25–50%, depending on the service) is required to secure your spot.
The remaining balance is due on the day of service, e transfer or cash is the best means of payment, card payments attract a 3% charge.
Appointments can be booked through our website ,Dm on social media or direct message to our phone
Late Policy & Fees
We understand life happens, so we offer a 15-minute grace period. After that:
15–29 minutes late: $15 late fee
30–59 minutes late: $30 late fee
60 minutes or more late: $50 late fee or appointment may be canceled if the salon is fully booked.
Tardiness may result in shortened or adjusted service time to avoid delays for the next client.
REFUND POLICY
Neena’s Pink Room, a beauty salon located in Calgary, Alberta, maintains a strict no-refund policy for services rendered. However, in instances where a client insists on a refund after a service has been completed, the salon offers store credit equivalent to the amount paid. This credit can be applied toward another service of equal value.

Cancellations made under 48 hours will forfeit the deposit.
No-shows or last-minute cancellations will result in a charge of 50–100% of the service total.

To help us serve you best, please follow these preparation instructions based on your service:
Lashes

Arrive with clean, makeup-free eyes.

No mascara or oil-based products beforehand.

Book lash removals separately if needed.

Send inspo pictures or discuss needs prior to appointments to enable the lash tech prepare for you
Hair

Arrive with detangled, product-free hair unless a wash is included.

For braids, minimal products can be tolerated – leave in conditioner and oils

Inform us if you’re natural, relaxed, transitioning, or wearing extensions

Send a picture of your hair length

For color or specialty styles, send inspiration photos in advance.

We currently do not stock up hair extensions this can be provided at additional cost if discussed prior to appointment day
When you book braids takedown service for foreign braids (not braided in here ) , pls send a picture of the hair in full or the appointment will not be accepted .The price list is for medium sized braids takedown, small ans extra small braids will incure additional charges
Makeup
